Lecture: Poetic Reality in 1920s – 1940s art, fashion and design

Exhibition Curator Lotta Nylund presents the exhibition’s themes and works. Paradisiacal garden motifs, interiors inspired by history and romantic robe de styles give a new perspective on the era. The lecture also includes a story about Hjalmar Hagelstam’s Parisian model, “Moumoune”, who later became Tove Jansson’s friend and a famous artist.
