The lecture and Jesse Kaikuranta's performances will take place in the museum's gallery (main exhibition space). There are c. 100 seats and it's not possible to book seats in advance.

Have you ever wondered what techniques and products were used to create hairdos and make-up a hundred years ago? What products could be used today to create similar looks? Fashion historian Anni Shepherd gives a lecture and demonstration in Finnish. Duration c. 45–60 minutes.
Jesse Kaikuranta
Jesse Kaikuranta has been performing as an artist since the early 2000s but became known to the Finnish audience in 2012 via The Voice of Finland competition and the following debut album “Vie mut kotiin”. Kaikuranta will be performing solo, playing the grand piano, at Villa Gyllenberg.
